Terms of Service
The short version
- By using aladdinscarpetcleaners.com or booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.
- The current promo is 10% off any carpet or upholstery cleaning. The 10-day redo guarantee covers workmanship — separate from the promo and never combined with it.
- Estimated prices on the website are exactly that — estimates. The on-site quote you sign is the binding price.
- Disputes are governed by Tennessee law. Read Section 13 for how disagreements get resolved.
1. Who this agreement is between
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Aladdin's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning ("Aladdin's," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your use of aladdinscarpetcleaners.com ("the Site") and any cleaning services we provide to you ("Services") in Knoxville TN and Greater Boston. By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under U.S. law. By booking a Service, you represent that you are the property owner or that you have the property owner's permission to authorize the work and provide site access.
3. The Services
Aladdin's provides residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and pet stain and odor removal, primarily by hot-water extraction. Specific service descriptions, included steps, and price ranges are listed on the relevant service pages of the Site. Service availability depends on your ZIP code; we currently service Knoxville-area Tennessee and Greater Boston / South Shore / MetroWest / Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
4. Quotes, estimates, and the on-site price
- Prices shown on the website (e.g., "$39–$89 per room") are estimates for typical residential conditions. They are not binding offers.
- The price you pay is the price quoted in writing on the day of service, after the technician inspects the actual rooms, fibers, soil level, stains, and any add-ons. We do not change the on-site quoted price after we start the work — no surprise add-ons.
- If the on-site condition is materially different from what was discussed (e.g., square footage, fiber type, biohazards, water damage), the technician will explain the revised quote before any work starts. You may decline at that point with no obligation other than a small trip fee where disclosed.
5. Booking, scheduling, and access
- You can book through the form on the Site, by phone, or through the calendar at aladdinscarpetcleaners.com/book/.
- Appointment windows are typically 1–2 hours wide. We will text or call when the technician is on the way (if you opted in to texts) or call from the truck.
- You agree to provide reasonable site access — clear pathways, working power and water at the site, accurate gate codes / parking info, and someone 18+ on premises during the work (or a written authorization for unattended access).
5.1 Cancellation and rescheduling
- Standard cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are free.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee of $49, charged to the card on file or invoiced.
- We may need to reschedule if a technician is sick or a previous job runs long. We'll always offer the next available slot at no extra cost.
6. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless we agreed in writing to invoice terms (commercial customers).
- We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
- Past-due balances accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
- You authorize us to charge the card on file for completed work and any documented trip fees per Section 5.1.
7. The 10% off promo — terms
- Offer: 10% off any carpet or upholstery cleaning.
- Eligibility: available to new and existing residential customers in our standard service areas. One offer per household per booking.
- How to claim: mention the offer when you book, or check it via the form/booking page; the discount is applied to the final on-site invoice.
- Stacking: the 10% off cannot be combined with other percentage-based promotions. It can be combined with our standard add-on pricing (Scotchgard, pet treatment, stairs).
- Exclusions: the offer does not apply to disposal fees on water-damage jobs, third-party rug-pickup courier costs, or trip fees for ZIPs outside our standard service area.
- Change or end: we may modify, pause, or end the offer at any time without notice. Bookings already on the calendar at the time of the change keep the offer.
- Not the guarantee: the 10% off promo and the 10-day redo guarantee in Section 8 are separate. Your guarantee is not contingent on, and is not a substitute for, taking the discount.
8. The 10-day redo guarantee
If anything we cleaned resurfaces, or you're not happy with the work, call us within ten (10) days of the appointment and we'll come back and make it right at no charge. We handle these case by case — the goal is a happy customer, not a fight over fine print.

9. SMS messaging terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from us — by checking the consent box on our quote form, by replying START to a message, or by giving us written/verbal opt-in another way — these SMS terms apply.
- Program operator: Aladdin's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
- Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, dispatch ETAs, quote follow-ups, invoice/receipt links, post-service review requests, and (with separate consent) occasional promotional offers from Aladdin's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
- Frequency: message frequency varies. Typically up to ~10 messages per scheduled job and no more than a few promotional messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and then no more texts. You can opt back in by replying START.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact aladdin@aladdinscarpetcleaners.com / (865) 351-6262.
- Carriers: all major U.S. carriers supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use any of our Services without opting in to texts.
- No third-party marketing sharing: see Section 4 of the Privacy Policy — we do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for that party's marketing purposes.
10. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the form or booking pages.
- Use the Site to harass our staff, spam our intake, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the operation of the Site.
- Attempt to circumvent our anti-spam measures (honeypots, rate limits) or access non-public endpoints.
- Copy, mirror, or republish the Site's content without our written permission, except that you may share individual pages with normal links.
11. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, photographs, schema, code, brand voice documents, and the Aladdin's name and logo, is owned by Aladdin's or our licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use of evaluating and booking our Services. All other rights are reserved.
12. Disclaimers and limits of liability
We work hard to do good work and to keep the Site accurate. That said, certain disclaimers and limits apply:
- The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
- Estimated prices, drying times, and product information on the Site are general guidance, not a binding promise for any specific job. The on-site quote and your invoice are the binding documents.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or the Services is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000), whichever is greater.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
- Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
- Informal resolution first: if you have a complaint, please contact us at aladdin@aladdinscarpetcleaners.com first. Almost everything gets resolved with a phone call.
- Venue: any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Customers in Massachusetts retain any non-waivable rights under Massachusetts consumer-protection law.
- Class-action waiver: you and we each agree to bring claims only in our individual capacity, not as a class member or representative. This waiver does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- Statute of limitations: any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it is permanently barred — to the extent allowed by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, we will notify you by email (if we have one on file) or by a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site or booking new Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The current version always lives at aladdinscarpetcleaners.com/terms/.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed work order, are the entire agreement between you and Aladdin's.
- Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, public-health orders, utility outages, etc.).
